Established 2014

ForestPoint System began in 2014 when two former catalogue merchandisers and a warehouse analyst tired of returns debates that lived only in spreadsheet tabs. Early work was hand-drawn rate boards for Midland fashion and homeware brands; the practice grew into a small Birmingham studio that still prefers printed wall panels over buried slide packs.

What we do now

We specialise in returns and refund rate visualisation — turning reverse-commerce extracts into boards that buying, CX, and finance can argue over in the same room. Engagements stay human-led: audits, briefs, and seasonal mapping workshops.
