What we collect

Contact details you submit (name, email, message content, optional engagement interest)
Technical logs needed to operate the site (for example IP address and basic request metadata held by our host)
Client project files and business contacts shared under a signed engagement

We do not ask for payment card numbers through this site.

Purposes and lawful bases

Responding to briefing requests — legitimate interests / steps prior to contract
Delivering paid engagements — performance of contract
Improving site content with optional analytics cookies — consent where required
Meeting legal accounting and tax duties — legal obligation

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer conversation becomes an active engagement. Engagement records and invoices are retained for six years to meet UK accounting expectations. Analytics data follows the periods in our cookies policy.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or data portability where applicable. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Great Britain. If a processor outside the UK is used, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
