Refund policy
Scope
This policy covers paid engagements with ForestPoint System Ltd: Returns Rate Audits, Refund Pattern Briefs, Seasonal Returns Map workshops, and related board commissions described on this site. It does not cover third-party software subscriptions or physical retail merchandise — we do not sell those.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid directly to ForestPoint System Ltd under a confirmed proposal. Deposits and balances are treated as set out below.
Timeframe to request
Contact hello@system-forestpoint.click within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request (cancellation, material delay on our side, or undelivered boards).
Full refund
A full refund of sums paid is available if we cancel an engagement before substantive work begins, or if we fail to deliver agreed boards within the confirmed timeline for reasons solely within our control and cannot offer a revised date you accept.
Partial refund
If you cancel after we have started extract cleaning or board drafting, we retain a portion reflecting work already completed (time spent and materials prepared), and refund the remainder of sums paid. We will itemise the retained amount in writing.
Non-refundable items
- Third-party large-format print costs already ordered with your approval
- Non-refundable travel booked with your written approval
- Completed findings sessions that have already taken place
Process
Email hello@system-forestpoint.click with your proposal reference, reason, and preferred resolution. We confirm receipt within two working days and state the refund calculation within ten working days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 working days of approval. Bank transfers may take additional clearing time depending on your provider.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule a findings session or workshop once without fee if you give at least five working days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling charge of up to 15% of the engagement fee. Cancellations by you before work starts forfeit the deposit unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Deposits and no-shows
The 40% deposit secures analyst time. It is forfeited on client no-show to a booked findings session without 48 hours’ notice, though we may apply it to a rearranged date at our discretion.
Work already started
Once extract cleaning or board drafting has begun, fees reflect progress. Unused remaining balance may be refunded under the partial refund rules above.
