Services described

Pages on this site describe professional visualisation and analysis engagements for returns and refund rates. Descriptions are informational. A signed proposal or email confirmation sets the binding scope, fee, and timeline for any engagement.

Intellectual property

Draft and final boards, caption sheets, and workshop materials we create remain licensed to the commissioning client for internal business use. ForestPoint System Ltd retains ownership of underlying methods, templates, and anonymised portfolio samples unless a proposal states otherwise. You may not resell our boards as a product.

Client materials

You warrant that extracts and files you supply are lawfully shared with us. We handle them under our privacy policy and return or destroy copies on request after the engagement, subject to legal retention needs.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law of England and Wales, ForestPoint System Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from commercial decisions you make after reviewing our boards. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (GB). Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
